Pet care experience
(please take time and read all of this, TY)...I used to be a NICU nurse but I have a rare and incurable autoimmune disease....I am barely making ends met and Rover is wonderful for me, animals help heal and I LOVE taking care of them and I offer the best service and focus on making your dog(s) the most comfortable they can be and BOY OH BOY do they receive SO much love and attention here .I take pride in the safety of the dog(s) I am watching. I pay attention to all of their needs and put them first and give lots of attention and love. I like to go the extra mile and make sure that you as the owner feel safe and comfortable with me and I go the 150% in caring for your pet. From attention, love, a bit of spoiling, staying with their normal routine and making sure some things from home like a blanket or bed with scent on it will comfort your pet. I love them like my own and any requests or concerns are dealt with addressed. I am willing to provide extra services that help the pet owner. I also provide service to the Dog Park to help get that extra energy out, and provide pictures of them playing with the other dogs. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs to play and relieve themselves throughout the day. They will be treated exactly as you would treat them at home (and probably spoil them a bit more). My dogs are my babies and I will respect that they are your babies too and love them like my own. I love to send pictures of our times together to you, so you can see how much care, fun and love they are getting/having but to also reassure you that your pet is always in good hands. My fiance used to be a vet tech and I am nurse ( on disability) so we both make sure that your animal is always safe and cared for 100% I am so passionate about animals and I know if you choose me you will see how much it shows and you will be at ease with your baby(ies) in my care. Kelly was very good with taking care of my dogs. My one dog doesn't like many people but he loved Kelly I will definitely have her good.
My cat Warpaint gets stressed easily, but Kelly put her at ease. I could tell Warpaint ate well for Kelly, and was happy and comfortable when we returned. Kelly did a fantastic job!
Kelly was wonderful with my Banshee! She took wonderful care of my girl during our week away, and was kind and patient with this nervous mama. She followed instructions to a T and figured out how to make my pup comfortable. I will definitely ask Kelly to care for my girl again the future.
Kelly has been around animals since she was very young. She loves dogs and is extremely responsible for their care. She is aware of how important their physical and mental health is. The interesting thing is that most dogs can sense that she is not a threat but a loving caregiver., She will keep track of their potty routines and eating. She will throw a ball and play in the yard with them or take them to a dog park. If you leave your dog with her..you will not have to worry. They will be in good hands.

I mainly like to know of any medical issues, allergies or if on medications. That way you and I both feel safe knowing those issues before the dog is left alone with me. In my care, your dogs safety is #1. Also any behavioral issues because I have sat for dogs with anxiety, abandonment issue, or just plain scared and I have great idea to help them get through it (which I will discuss with my client before) and always willing to give whatever extra it takes for your baby to feel at ease and calm.
A typical day
From neighborhood walks to nature walks, whatever your preference is, we can work out. As far as activities I have an endless supply of balls for the chuck-it toys, frisbee (I like to use the soft ones better that have holes in the middle, easier to catch and play with and when your dog runs with it, if it flips up like it does most the time, they can see right through the hole so it is safer. I also have many different rope toys for tug of war or chewing and of course a good squeaker toy or two. And I am very careful too with those toys and if you prefer your dog not to play with a squeaker toy I understand that too. If your dog has favorite activities, just let me know and we will make sure we do them too. I want your dog happy and comfortable! Gotta go what you love right, no different with playing and activities. Also the place is theirs....floor, couch and bed....it is for them too. And I will spoil a bit and give cuddles and praise.
