I have taken care of dogs since I was 16. I started with my neighbor’s German shepherd that lived down the street who was a beautiful 3 legged dog! Throughout high school and college, whenever I was home, I would dog sit for a few friends when they went out of town. Four years ago I adopted my own rescue dog, a 111 pound black lab and Great Pyrenees mix. I have since then been more involved with pet care for my own dog as well as my friends and sister’s dogs, who are seniors and require much more attention and care being that one of them cannot walk well and two have cancer and require special treatment. I have done everything you can probably think of when it comes to taking care of a dog and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
