I’ve owned and trained my own dogs for the past 20 years. Currently I’m pet-less since Winslow passed away in 2021 and I miss having interaction with dogs. My friends and family have called me the 'Dog Whisperer' because of my natural ability to work with dogs.

I boarded my dog for an overnight stay with Kelly. He took great care of my dog! He asked questions about Ollie's routine (what he eats, when he eats, where he sleeps, how often does he go outside to the bathroom, etc.) and he kept me updated with texts and photos. The next time my husband and I stay overnight in Charlotte I will board Ollie with him again!
Kelly was amazing! He took Mercy for 5 days over thanksgiving and I wasn’t worried about her at all. He sent plenty of pictures and kept me updated.
Kelly has watched my dog many times and has always provided a loving and safe environment. He takes her for daily walks, provides plenty of supervised outside time, and always follows my instructions on dietary needs/medications. My dog absolutely loves Kelly and I can tell she is very happy any time she has stayed with him.
Kelly has been a friend, neighbor and pet parent for many years. Now that he’s an “empty nester” he is a perfect person to provide personalized love and care to your fur babies, as it’s a win/win for all. I left my two dogs with him for several weeks while out of town. i was completely confident they would get the care they’re used to. I got pictures and updates. They didn’t want to leave. Now every time we walk by they pull to go see him. I highly recommend Kelly.

I'll ask of any concerns you have, as well as your preferences for food, bathroom and sleeping schedules, alerts, and favorite things to do.
A typical day
I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I like taking walks with dogs as I believe that's an important time together to establish trust and share positive experiences. I live in a great dog-walking neighborhood! When home, I will provide your dogs with adequate provisions, a comfortable spot with their favorite items, and the opportunity to move freely about. And, I'm able to stay within eyesight of your dog if that's requested.

I live alone and work from my home. I sometimes provide day care for a friend’s 5 year old boy who likes dogs. I permit dogs in all areas of my house but strive to maintain good habits.
