Pet care experience
I have been involved in canine rescue, and foster care for many years. In that role, I have trained dogs in basic manners, canine good citizenship, and more importantly I've taught some of the most fearful dogs how to love again. When I moved into town I wanted to continue sharing my love for animals! What better way than to open my heart and home to your pets. I have experience taking care of all sorts of dogs. From Rottweiler's to Dachshunds, and everything in between. I believe that there are no bad dogs, and that with love and training all dogs are able to live a happy and healthy life. I also firmly believe that not all dogs are the same. I want to get to know you, and your pet to ensure that I provide them the best care possible. I have experience in caring for house dogs, as well as kennel dogs, pockets pets, to house horses =) I love them all.

I would like to know what your dogs personality is like, anything's they are fearful of, and anything that they enjoy. In addition I like to know their schedule, when do they eat, potty, play, being armed with this knowledge allows me to better adjust my care to reduce as much stress as possible from their day while in my care.
A typical day
When in my home for care, I have good sized yard that I use for the quick potty walk. But also have area's in and around town that I like to visit with my own dogs. With your permission, we will go on nature walks, walks around town, or visit the lake. I love to play fetch, Frisbee, and tug with dogs that like to play. And I am a huge fan of the cuddle time with those who don't.
