The dogs I have raised on my own are 2 Great Danes. I also grew up taking care of dogs as well as cats. I know what it’s like to take care of dogs that are a handful. My Dane (currently in America) is 2 yrs old so I’ve been re-accustomed to dealing with rambunctious young puppy’s. I have have also looked after a variety of breeds and dogs always gravitate towards me in the first place so adjusting to a different dog comes easily. My husband and 2 teenagers love dogs (and have dog sitting experience too) as well and are a great help for big dogs if any problems were to occur. And when taking dogs on walks I take my husband or kids for extra safety and help.
