Pet care experience
I have had German Shepherds all my life. Currently I have 3 GSDs - 2 females and 1 male. They are all CGC certified and absolutely love fcat. I even had to purchase a set so they could play it at home! Every Saturday I take one of my dogs to advanced training to make sure my skills as a handler remain high. Prior to moving to FL, I lived in NJ where I was lucky enough to spend time volunteering at a no kill animal shelter, socializing and walking dogs of all sizes, temperaments and ages. I have also had a tabby cat (she came with the house we purchased!) and a rescue Siamese for 13 years. I am very trust worthy and will treat your pets like they are my own. Animals are my passion. Why I love dog sitting I grew up with German Shepherds and have always loved dogs. I have volunteered at an animal shelter, which is how I got Hansel, and worked with my friends dogs with behavioral issues. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication to your dog.

Kelly took great care of our dog. We booked her last minute as our other plans fell through and she was beyond amazing!!
I just hope she doesn't get so popular that she can't fit me in the next time I travel. She was very responsible and the pets - of which I have five - were extremely well cared for. I highly recommend Kelly!!

Kelly was wonderful with my 3 dogs. I have just moved to the area and had a last minute need for a sitter. She came to the house the same day we connected on Rover to meet the dogs and got along with them immediately. I am very careful with who I choose to watch my pups, as my one GSD has a very severe case of epilepsy and I try to keep him as emotionally level as possible. He took to her right away though and I felt very comfortable leaving. Kelly updated me throughout the day with messages and pictures and when I got home, everyone was happy and she had even brought in some packages that had arrived from UPS. Highly recommend Kelly and I know I will be using her in the future!

I have had dogs who were dog reactive. It is what inspired me to attend training with all my dogs and to continue that training on a weekly basis. Owners should be upfront about any concern and I am sure we could work towards a solution.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks to explore their neighborhoods and surroundings. We can also spend time playing fetch outside or giving them a good brushing.
