Hello! Kindly read my entire profile and note my drop off and pick up windows before requesting a booking to make sure they will work for you and your pets :) I care for pets of all sizes in a one-on-one setting, specializing in nervous and reactive pets. My gentle approach to animal care helps anxious animals feel safe and comfortable while their parents are away. I don't have any pets of my own, so I'm able to care for animals that don't always get along with other pets. I grew up with pets and worked at a farm in my town all through middle and high school. I am a horse girl at heart <3 but my family had two cats, two dogs, birds, hamsters, a guinea pig, and a turtle named Lance. I love taking dogs for walks and giving them plenty of affection throughout the day.

Kelly was wonderful! We felt great knowing that JJ was happy and cared for. Kelly sent tons of updates and photos and made JJ feel right at home. JJ can be nervous of dogs out and about and Kelly was great about understanding this and helping JJ as needed. He also loves to play and Kelly made sure to fit this into the schedule!
Kelly was amazing with our senior (and very anxious) Boston Terrier. Her communication is fantastic and puts your mind at ease. Kelly took wonderful care of our older gentleman with tons of walks, play time and cuddle time. Can not recommend Kelly enough!
Kelly took amazing care of our senior chihuahua mix. She was friendly and communicative, and willing to get creative to help our dog take her medication and get settled. Our dog came home happy and healthy! Highly recommend Kelly’s services!

I am happy to take care of higher energy dogs or those with special needs. Administering medicine is not a problem at all, please let me know in advance if your dog needs anything special.
A typical day
A typical day would be up early for breakfast, then out to walk around the block to check out the sights and smells, possibly into the dog park if your pup enjoys that sort of thing. Throughout the day your pet will get plenty of snuggles and play time, as well as potty breaks every 4 hours. Before dinner we would conclude the day with a longer 30~ minute walk.

Availability
I provide private care for one pet family at a time. When I have an animal in my care they are my number one priority, and I treat them like my own. I live and work in Burlington but am more than happy to work with your pet’s needs. I always let clients know I am in and out of the house throughout the day, generally out from 9:30 - 12:30 then again from 1 - 5:30. This includes weekends! I like to do a longer walk early in the day around 7:30am and in the evening, and a potty break around lunch time. I’m home for the evenings so lots of cuddle time then. Drop off and pickup windows are 8-9am or 6-7pm. If you think this will work for you and your pet let me know and we can chat some more over the phone! Thank you :)
