New clients require a meet and greet before I accept any booking requests. No exceptions. Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m from Florida. I’m obviously an animal lover! I have plenty of experience with them as I grew up helping my family raise many different animals on our ranch such as horses, cattle, chickens, cats, of course dogs, and maybe an odd pet or two. In high school I was a sitter for many of my mother’s coworkers and some of our neighbors. After moving out on my own I fostered animals here and there. Since then, I’ve taken up dog walking and pet sitting. I currently live with my fiancé. We have three fur babies: two dogs and a cat. They are our world! I couldn’t enjoy doing anything more than working with animals. Your pets will be treated as if they’re my own. I love each and every one like family. I will observe and apply your animal’s preferred walking style. For my safety and your pet’s, I do NOT use retractable leashes. I can provide a leash if needed (I also always keep waste bags on hand). For early morning/nighttime walks, reflective gear is used. Walk route will be discussed during meet & greet. Please keep in mind some weather conditions may affect duration and location of walk! Sitting: NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR OVERNIGHTS I do not board pets in my home. Instead, I can provide more consistency for your best friend by sitting them in the comfort of their own home! Meet & greet must take place in home. Drop Ins: During drop ins I will provide a potty break and A 10-20 minute cuddle or play session depending on what your pet prefers. I will also do a food/water check. For all services: I know each animal has their own personality and I have total respect for them. So whatever it is your pet needs from me, I will always do my best to provide that! I ask that you inform me of any specific needs (i.e. health issues, feeding schedule, allergies...etc.) upon service request. For all new clients, a time and day will be scheduled to meet you and your pet(s) prior to date of service. This is a free meet & greet just so we can get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit! Your pet(s) comfort and safety are my top priority. Service will not be booked if meet & greet does not take place. Please keep in mind that last minute requests leave little room for meet and greets to be scheduled. Once service is booked I’ll ask you to provide veterinary contacts and primary/secondary emergency contacts. I’m happy to discuss additional pricing for any extra services you’d like me to provide! I do not work any other part time jobs. Pet care is a full time job for me, and I structure my schedule around it Your pet will feel safe and comfortable in their own home to maintain routine daily life! Also, rest assured I never leave your pet outside unsupervised. This is my full time job. I use the Rover platform and have private clients. I do my best to show my schedule ahead of time by listing them in my profile details, as the Rover calendar’s availability does not always show the correct availability based on types of services. When sitting, I follow your pet’s typical routine as closely as possible to keep them happy and comfortable! As for walks and drop ins, they can be customized to best fit the your pets needs!
