Pet care experience
I am a huge animal lover in general! From cats to dogs to birds and fish. I have a sweet spot for all of them and have tons of experience. I love spending time with animals because they grow so fond of people, especially dogs and they are really sweet. I have a cat named Kitten who is very shy and most likely wouldn’t even interact with your dog, and a 4 year old plotthound pup named Otis. He is very energetic and fun, but also can be found curled up on the couch a lot! He loves to play with other dogs! I am cordial and polite as well as extremely organized and caring. Taking care of animals is something that I pride myself on being able to do and really loving what I do. I live in a very pet friendly home with a full fenced backyard and a beautiful park nearby for runs/walks. I look forward to taking good care of your pups and animals!

Kelly was a breath of fresh air. We have been looking for a new sitter for our dog Buddy. We were looking for a sitter that we felt completely comfortable leaving our Buddy with, Kelly definitely filled the spot. She communicated with us constantly while on our trip we received plenty of pictures that instantly relieved any worries we had about leaving our Buddy behind. Kelly was an absolute pleasure and very accommodating with our schedule. We have been looking for a new sitter for a while and we finally found what we were looking for. Thanks again Kelly

Does he or she have any problems around certain types of people? Ages? Large crowds? How often do they interact with new people? Do they have any trigger spots not to touch? (Paws are sometimes a bad place for some dogs.) Do they like the go for runs/are healthy enough to go for long walks? What are their favorite toys and treats? Do they get along with other dogs?
A typical day
I love to go to walk around our neighborhood, but have been looking to explore new places as well. If the dog is unable to go on long walks because of age or health, I am very willing to walk just around the block. I love to go to parks and outdoor events just to hang out and throw frisbee, looking for a dog to tag along! I coach and teach collegiately at a local university and because of this I have a pretty flexible schedule. I am able to stop back in quickly during the day for a short walk or to feed and I normally come home for lunch every day anyways. My boyfriend works from home as well, and so he is there to monitor 24/7 if need be. I also have no issues handling heavier dogs that some may consider strong. I love dogs of all sizes!!
