Pet care experience
I have been a doggy mama since I was a little girl. I am the one who goes to the party and talks to the dogs like they are people! I have rescued many dogs, cats, and horses over the years. I have been a member of the humane society in the states where I have lived. As a former teacher, I used to have my students do a collection of food, toys, and supplies for the local shelters during the holidays. I have lots of experience with all types of animals, young, old, sick, abused, dying, and I am very protective of my own personal pets. I have 3 dogs on my lap right now, a cat, and 2 more dogs lounging on their beds!

No breed preferences. Love them at any size. My smallest is a mini Chihuahua and my biggest is a huge Lab Mix. Questions before sitting would be are they on any medications, how often do they need potty breaks, will there be written instructions left out for me as well as food, treats, medications, emergency contacts, vet info....would want to talk with them or meet them prior so that owners feel comfortable with me as a care taker for their beloved pets.
A typical day
Depending on the area, I would walk the dogs in their neighborhood or take them to a local park to walk them. I would play tug of war, fetch, hide the treat, show me a trick....I would spend time with them outside in their own yard. I love to be outside when the weather is nice with my own pets. I would love them up, pet them, brush them since CE they are probably missing their people.
