I'm familiar with administering Topical Ointments/Flea Preventatives, Eyedrops/Eardrops, Oral Medication/Pills, Insulin Injections/Diabetic Management, and Subcutaneous Fluids - WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? Plants need watering? Need mail brought in? Your pet turtle needs a piece of lettuce or your rabbit needs some food pellets? I love all types of dogs and cats! I know they are all loved and are a part of their families, and so they need the same type of love and attention they get at home. I also know that every type of pet has certain needs, and I try my best to meet those needs when caring for them. I have ten years of experience with dog sitting, cat care, and dog walks, and I have experience caring for geriatric pets and pets with special needs, such as certain medications or a schedule. Every pet is unique and wonderful in their own way, and I love being with them! I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member. :)

My shy cat warmed to Kelly immediately. It was incredible. She took great care of him and sent us tons of photos of our fur baby while we were away.

Kelly gets a 100 on a scale of 1-10! She was wonderful to work with and my cat loved having her visit. She also sent me pictures from each visit which I loved receiving. Should I need help again, I will contact her first!
Kelly was everything I hoped for and more. I never had to worry because she took such good care of Kojak. I heartily recommend Kelly for anyone needing her services, as she is outstanding.

When I am at a client’s house for overnight sitting, I try my best to stick to the pets’ schedule and make them as comfortable as possible. I want them to know that, even though their parents aren’t home, I am here to care for them in the ways they are used to. :) For drop ins and walks, I am as calm and quiet as possible so the pets aren’t startled by my presence. If there are treats or toys available, I will use those to ease their mood and make them happy! COVID Protocol: I am fully vaccinated, but will wear a mask during meet and greets if you would prefer. I can also wear my mask, gloves, use hand sanitizer, etc. while I am in your home. Just let me know what you are most comfortable with and I can accommodate!

I like to know if they are allergic to anything, if they are on any medications, and if they are okay with other dogs/other animals. I also like to get their vet information, just in case.
A typical day
I like to do whatever the dog or cat is used to and comfortable with during the day. If the pet is active and likes a lot of play and outside time, I make sure to meet those needs! If they are more mellow and prefer to lounge during the day, we can do that too. I try to make my stay with them as relaxed and usual to their normal day-to-day routine as I possibly can!
