I hired Kelly to let my 11 week old puppy out between 12 pm and 1 pm. I requested that she notify me before she arrived so I could turn the alarm off. I got wrapped up in work, the reason I hired her, and at 2 pm I realized that I hadn't heard anything from her. I promptly texted and called but received no response and the call went straight to voicemail. At 2:45 pm I finally received a message stating that something had come up and she was headed over now. She arrive just a few minutes before 3 pm. Two hrs late. At this point my puppy has been in her crate since 9 am. At 3:04 pm I received another message stating that she was leaving and everything was good. I booked her for the "30 min drop-in" and she was there for 11 min at best. You can come to your own conclusions but I will not be using Kelly again.
