I've been a dog lover since I could walk and talk. I had my first dog when I was 10 yrs old after years of begging my parents for one, but before that time, I would find any excuse to be near dogs. I took care of my neighbors' pets whenever I had the chance and loved spending that extra time with their furry family members. I was always eager to pet sit for friends in college as well. I rescued the sweetest adult black lab/great dane mix, Delta, 8 years ago and she was my everything. I currently own my Mastiff/Boxer, Moose, who I rescued 2 years ago. With Moose, I have gained experience in how to deal with separation anxiety in dogs. I am looking to offer my experience and absolute love for dogs by spending time with your furry animal. I can also take care of your cats, fish or any other animals you may have. I am open to sending you updates as often as you would like. I'm very responsible, trustworthy, reliable and fun! I work in the mental health profession and because of this, I am very patient and dependable. Should a crisis happen while you are away, I am very comfortable with handling high-stress situations and getting your pet the help they need, such as taking them to the vet, or watching them for a longer period of time. Of course, we would hope this would not happen while you are away, but rest assured if something were to happen, you can count on me to handle it and keep you informed.
