Kelly was great with Sadie and gave us daily updates of how she was doing.

We are writing to update our previous review. Kelly appears to be a dog lover, but do not be fooled by her sweet older lady nature or trust your fur baby with her. She doesn’t know even the basics and naively put our dog’s life at risk. Kelly totally over fed treats and complained that she couldn’t get Harper to walk despite the tips we gave. She even lied about where she walked (we have Ring video and saw her just walk across our lawn and back and when we suggested a route, she claimed she got to said intersection, but if she had, then she wouldn’t have been complaining Harper wouldn’t walk.) The tipping point came when, because she had trouble getting her to walk, she bought our dog a harness (without asking and not what we’re paid her for) and then LEFT IT ON the dog when she locked the crate and left! That’s like crate 101 and the cardinal sin for crating. We came home and it was not only off, but ripped to bits and the buckles in pieces. Harper could have been choked by it or strangled if the harness got caught on the crate walls. We’re grateful that didn’t happen and we’re still praying she didn’t swallow any of the plastic buckles. Yes our dog is a puppy and learning to walk on a leash, and is cautious about cars but with loving encouragement, she loves walking! Other walkers have followed our tips and haven’t had any issues. Kelly may love dogs but she doesn’t know how to care for one.
