had a collar with prongs and my dog became very very scared after coming from her place I dont recommend. but as a person I felt she was accommodating of my schedule.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Kelly watching my dog. We agreed on a time for drop off. I arrived and sat outside her apartment for 30 minutes trying to text and call. After 30 minutes I finally left. I arrived home and got a message from Kelly that her phone had been rebooting. She apologized and said she could come pick up Toby. I told her it needed to be immediate because I was leaving to go out of town. She told me she would be there in 10 minutes.. only to arrive at my house 45 minutes later. I hoped this mixup would be made up for with a great stay - unfortunately the communication while I was away was just as bad. I asked for photos twice on day one. By the end of day two I followed up asking for a photo again and received this response “Okay I’ve been extremely busy.. so taking pictures wasn’t my number one priority”. We again agreed on a time for pickup. I arrived and began texting Kelly.. 34 minutes later of me sitting outside her apartment my dog was finally returned to me.
