I am very disappointed that the agreed time to visit and the amount of time to spend for the price we agreed, was not adhered to. We agreed arrival time around 9:30 a.m. She arrived at 10:30 or 11:00 each day. We agreed to a 30 minute visit. Of the 6 days, only 2 were the 30 mts. Other days were 14, 10, 22 and 14 mts. She was paid for 180 mts. total and spent 127 mts. It was a shortage of 53 mts., equivalent to 2 visits. She was told in person and on the note as to how much wet food (1/2 tsp.) to give as a treat. They were given 1/2 can each, per photos and the fact that 5 cans were used. Check-in times on the app did not corresponded to by ability to monitor. Three of those days she was on speaker phone and may have continued while in the house. I wrote a note about care, her response was, "It was difficult to read." When reminded of the 9:30 time, she said in "meet and greet" I said 11. I did not. I know because she was concerned because of school on one day she would not be able to make it, then realized, she was out of school and would be able to keep schedule. When I questioned the amount of time spent, she said, "I thought since they are just cats, all you were worried about is getting them feed." We entrusted my "babies" to her care. They are not "just cats" to us.!!! There was mud tracked in on our hardwood floors (we don't wear shoes inside). I asked her to leave key in brown box which is next to back door. It is about 4' x 3' by 3', it took her about 15 mts to find.

Kelly took excellent care of Bella. We hired her for daily walks as we were temporarily unable to do so. We will definitely ask for Kelly in the future.
