Background Experience: I grew up with dogs, mostly Labrador retrievers and other large breeds. Most of my childhood included a chocolate lab, a yellow lab, and a flat-coated retriever. Having those three in my life taught me what it meant to be responsible. I have a lifetime of experience caring for them from puppy-hood all the way into old-age. I grew accustomed to their high levels of energy and how much exercise they need to stay healthy! Most of my chores revolved around my pets. My chores included feeding, walking, bathing, and last but not least poop patrol! Our dogs were truly a part of our family and were always very social. I am very familiar with introducing new animals to the group. I am comfortable with assisting in a variety of training styles. I also have experience working with dogs that have special needs including a seizure disorder. Schedule/ Lifestyle: I live an active life and love the outdoors. I work at a school in Fair Oaks (I'm free after 4:00 pm Monday through Friday) have a relatively open schedule in the afternoons and evenings. I am also available on the weekends! I am extremely patient and a fast learner.
