First and foremost, thank you for considering me for your baby’s care. I promise to treat any and all pets as my own. I also want to you to know I welcome all animals in my life, dogs, cats, birds and small pets (from gerbils to ferrets and even snakes). I began my experience caring for animals when I was just a child, but my true pet and animal care began when I was 12 years old and began riding horses. I cared for the horses and all animals on the farm to pay for my boarding and riding lessons. I ran my own animal rescue in Colorado for eight years out of my house. I had every type of animal from goats, dogs, horses and cats to name a few. Once I joined the Army I volunteered at the Army animal shelter. There I worked with abused and neglected animals. I rehabilitated and adopted them out to responsible owners. After the Army I studied to be a Vet tech and worked at a local veterinarian’s office in Sioux Falls, SD. I moved to Iowa and worked for the Humane Society of Northwest Iowa. I loved every minute of my job, but most of all, I loved working with the animals and training them so they would be adopted out. I love all animals, but truly have a great love for dogs and promise to provide a loving, caring, fun and safe experience for your pet. Thank you for your consideration and I hope I can care for your baby. I currently am not working other than here and want nothing more than to make this my life. Just caring for animals. I have planned on Rover being my only means of financial income. I have two friendly Westies and plenty of places to walk your dog. I also have a park close by if you want your dog to go to the dog park or just a long walk in the woods. I currently walk my dogs three times a day for at least an hour.
