Kelly took great care of our dog and house while we were out of town for a week. Her communication was great and she was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I dont even give this a ine star rating...Worst experience in my life! She pretended to be at my home caring for my pups for a home sit booking, I watched my poor pups waiting for someone to show up for 9 hours the day I flew out, the only reason she showed up is because I text her to get an update around 9pm. She was at my home for only 15 minutes before leaving and during that time hardly paid any attention to my pups. I decided to wait the following morning to call and report this. Before I called I decided to check my camera and found that and some point in time she in fact did return and stayed there, however when she woke up that morning the only thing she did was put food in my dogs bowls before walking out for the rest of the day, yes thats right she did not even take my poor pups out to relieve them for the morning! When I confronted her she claimed to have walked them the day prior even though I had been watching the footage and confirmed she had not showed up, she then alleged that she was in a car accident but still showed back up to take my pups on an hour walk even though the camera showed she never returned that morning. She also still would not explain why she said she was there caring for my pups when really she was not. I had already been reporting all this information to rover, and decided to cancel the booking and demand a refund. Due to her neglect my older dog chewed up my doors in a desperate act to get out and relieve himself, this also caused anxiety in him that I am still trying to fix a week after the incident. Mind you I have had family and friends care for my pups during other trips and all they had to do is stop by frequently throughout the day to take them out and feed them amd not once have I had an issue with them chewing at doors or relieving themselves in my home. The emotional stress and damage I have incurred is unbelievable.
