Pet care experience
I grew up with beagles - Lucy, Chica and Daisy - but in my adult life I've lived mostly in big cities in non-dog friendly apartments. Finally, I've moved and am ready to host furry friends! I'm the first one to raise my hand when friends need help with their dogs. I love giving belly rubs, throwing tennis balls and just snuggling on the couch with furry friends. I have experience with dogs large and small, from pits to chis and all in between. I am fortunate to work in a dog-friendly office so if your pup has an office temperament, I can likely host on a weekday or two. I have a dog bed and bowls and a good supply of treats on hand. Your dog is welcome on my (new) couch so long as they won't chew it and I am ok with a dog in my bed as well. When I am hosting, I try to focus on my guest and give them as much of my day and my attention as possible. I get as much out of our time together as your pup will!

Finn really enjoyed his stay with Kelly Ann! She was great about letting us come meet her and see her place before Finn's stay. I also really appreciated her keeping me updated throughout his stay with her and sending pictures. Definitely recommended.
Cosmo had a great time at Kelly Ann's when we went out of town for a long weekend. She was super flexible with our crazy flight schedules and more than accommodating when we had to drop him off at noon on a Friday and pick him up early in the morning the Tuesday post-Memorial day. Pick up and drop off were a breeze! When I forgot to bring Cosmo's bowls, Kelly Ann was already prepared with her own saving me an unnecessary trip back to my apartment. Cosmo came back spoiled with a few new chews (say that 10 times fast) and treats. We would highly recommend Kelly Ann! So glad we found someone who enjoys his quirky personality as much as we do.
Kelly Ann was our house and pet sitter for a 3 week period when we were travelling abroad. She took exemplary care of not only our fur babies, but also our house - even going above and beyond to clear the walk when an unexpected snowstorm hit while we were away. More importantly, Kelly Ann's genuine love and care for animals is undeniable. It was clear that she gave her time and affection generously, and as a result, Nika and Bailey attached quickly. Kelly Ann also sent the cutest photos so we would not miss them too much!
Kelly Ann is an amazing dog sitter and dog lover! She took care of our pit-mutt, Zeus for a long weekend. She sent us plenty of updates on all of their fun walks and playtime. Zeus can be a handful but I felt really confident leaving him with Kelly Ann. When we picked him up he was tired, happy, and had a new-found love for old tennis balls. I would recommend Kelly Ann to anyone!

I am ok with the occasional accidents but would like to know in advance if your pup likes to chew on human things ... I just got a new couch and would like to keep it in tact! I live in a small apartment complex with very chill neighbors but if your dog is very vocal it would be good to have a warning.
A typical day
I'd love to host your pup on weekends in Shaw. We can take long walks around the neighborhood to 3 close by dog parks or if your dog prefers something quieter, we can take the city route to the mall or Meridien hill park.
