Kelly can watch in your home
Availability
I work part time and I also babysit for my grandchildren as needed. I do have days where I am not scheduled for either, so I would like to help someone with their pet if I can.

I cannot watch someone's animal in my home. One of my dogs is a senior dog who is on medication for seizures. I will only go to the clients home to walk, feed, and show love and kindness. My own animals are on a regular routine. They are fed in the morning, water is always present. My cats have access to their food 24/7 (they like to graze). My dogs go outside in the morning, noon, later afternoon and 8 pm. I like there to be set times, so the dogs are in a routine.
Information Kelly A. would like to know about your pet
Let me know how your dog reacts to other people and their pets as we will likely encounter another person walking their own dog. I would prefer the dog have a harness, especially if they are younger.
A typical day
I like to walk dogs. Unfortunately my own dogs are in their senior years and it has been difficult for them to take any long walks. I give my dogs time in their yard to play. I brush them as needed. If there is a pet who likes to play fetch, I am all for doing that.

Pet care experience
I have had 6 dogs and 5 cats as my own personal pets and love them with all my heart. I was also a volunteer at PAWS in Tinley Park for 5 years, and then volunteered at the Human Society in Plainfield for an additional 3 years. I have had 5 dogs at one time as family members in my own home. I have helped some of the most difficult dogs become adoptable when I volunteered.
Reviews
Kelly has helped me many times with my dogs. Anytime my husband and I go out of town, whether it's for a weekend or a week, she has always helped us out. She watched our two pit mixes for us each and everytime and has always been reliable. We asked her to come check on them a few times a day, let them out and just make sure they ate and had water available. She did an amazing job taking care of them for us. She even helped clean up their poop for us and hung out with them so they had company. I would highly recommend her to help with your furbabies. I will definitely be asking for her help again.
Kelly is a compassionate lover of animals. I previously posted but wanted to follow up that she takes very good care of animals as if they are family members - and they are! Including her turtle!
Kelly is very compassionate for animals. She once saved her dog from hornets that the dog found in an underground nest by taking it to the vet after being stung several times herself to save the dog - both survived! She loves animals very much. If an animal is in distress, she tries to help it as best she can but also will not allow them to suffer if the end is near! She would save them all if at all possible. She loves animals very much!
