Extended stays Welcome! I love dogs, that is why I open my home to care for dogs in a comfortable setting. There is a lot more attention and love when they stay in a nice home away from potential kennel cough, fleas and hard, cold concrete floors. I have been caring for dogs in my home and in other customers homes for over 19 years and have never had a dog get kennel cough, fleas or get bit. References are available. I would appreciate if your dog is clean when they arrive. I also have a friend who is a groomer who can groom your dog while they are here! Kelly was amazing with our little boy Luke. Luke is a high energy beagle mix but was gentle with her little dogs and another dog that was staying with them. Kelly will definitely be our go-to sitter in the future.
This was the second time we have used Kelly to sit for our black lab. She was great and our buddy Louie had so much fun playing with the dogs at her house. We were gone a long time both times (3 weeks) and I didn't worry about our pup at all. He has been looking for his friends and I feel bad that it's just my husband and me! (now on to convince my husband that he needs a new brother or sister...lol!). Your dog becomes part of her family when Kelly is the sitter and that's what I want!
Kelly did an amazing job with our senior Lab and wild little mini-pin. They got along well with her adorable wiener dogs. Highly recommend hiring Kelly if you’re in need of a trustworthy dog-sitter. Thank you again!
Our black lab Louie received such great care from Kelly! She gave us a long visit for the meet and greet so we could all make sure it was a good fit with her little dogs(it was). She was so kind and considerate and made Louie feel right at home! I received frequent pictures and updates while we were gone (it was a long stay) and when we got back she had washed all his bedding, pillow and blankets. I highly recommend her!

I am installing a new Cedar 4foot fence March 2024. All dogs are free range, not in crates unless they want to be. I have lots of toys and balls, a large yard, and a beautiful street to go for walks!

Your dogs age, breed, if they are spayed or neutered. Do they get along with other dogs? Are they house broken? Do they have health issues? Are they on medication? Can they go up 3 stairs unassisted? Please keep your pet on the same food they are use to, and bring food for their stay along with their bed or blanket if they have one. Please have your dogs groomed at least several days before bringing them for care. Please have a collar for your pet. Please pull in driveway between houses, have your pet on a leash and come to the back gate. I will meet you there. Do not let your pet run into my neighbors yard. Please give as much notice as possible when booking a stay, because we need to do a meet and greet and have enough time to schedule this and make sure your pet will be happy here. If you need someone tomorrow I am not the person to call. *My small dogs usually don't get along with large high energy dogs. They do not mind large low energy dogs or older dogs. Please be on time for drop off and pick up. Drop off and pick up time must be at an agreed upon time.
A typical day
It will be like your dog is on vacation. I run my doggy day care like a child day care. All dogs do things together- going outside- playing-sleeping- going on walks etc. Everyone eats at the same time ( but separately of course) I have a nice size yard with shade and some sunny areas. I keep the house cool in the summer for me and the dogs. Crate free, unless they like their crate-maybe to sleep in at night. Providing the most love and affection available. Texts and photos sent to your phone while you are away.:)

I am retired and home to care for your pet every day! All pets are let outside ever few hours. On warm days have access to outdoors all day!
