Hi-My name is Kellie. I have over 20 plus years of experience in dog training and pet grooming. I 💗 dogs! I work from home, so I can be with your pet around the clock and have built-in playtime with your dog(s). My home is very dog friendly, and we have a huge backyard with lots of toys and stimulation to keep them busy. As a Pet Parent, I know the anxiety of leaving your fur babies with a stranger or unknown home, so we have incorporated pet cameras to help ease your mind! We have four pet cameras in the home. The cameras are located in the backyard, dog run, backdoor, and the playroom, aka the living room. I try and face cameras in whatever room the dogs are in, but we do not allow cameras upstairs in the bedrooms (sorry). Pet Parents can log in remotely to a portal anytime during the hours of 9:00 am (ish)-4:00 pm (ish) to see your dog(s)! I will also send a daily photo(s) and update text of how the stay is going. I have three dogs of my own (2 standard poodles & 1 Chihuahua/ Bichon mix) and require Pet Parents to provide proof of updated vaccines before the scheduled visit. _______________________________________ VACCINES: For the safety of your dog(s), my dog's, and other pet parent's doggies who stay with us, we require all doggies to show proof of updated vaccines. ***Vaccines must be updated two weeks before the meet and greet and the booked service.*** _______________________________________ MEET & GREET: A meet and greet are required for first-time guests. This time is set to meet your dog(s) and introduce them to the live-in dogs at home. I understand some trips are last minute, but it is an essential step to ensure the fit is suitable for both parties. All dog(s) must have current vaccines two weeks before the meet and greet. I will also provide my dog's vacancies. _______________________________________ PREBOOKING: If you are booking weeks in advance, we require a meet and greets to be done sooner than later. All confirmations of the booking will not be confirmed until after meet and greet. We will not hold any dates, and services are based on a first-come, first-served basis. _______________________________________ HOURS OF OPERATIONS: ***BOARDING SERVICES ARE A 24-HR WINDOW*** BOARDING DROP OFF & PICK UP HOURS: 7:00 am- 6:00 pm. If you drop off your fur baby in the AM, we request that you pick up in the AM. If you require a late check-out outside the hours of 7:00 am- 6:00 pm, there will be a late check-out fee added to the service. Any reservation that requires super earlier or very late accommodation before 6:00 am or past 10:00 pm will be asked to book an additional night. ***DAYCARE SERVICES ARE A 9 HR WINDOW*** DAYCARE DROP OFF & PICK HOURS: 7:00 am- 6:00 pm. If you require an earlier or late drop-off, there will be a service fee added to the booking, or we will ask you to book a boarding service at the standard rate (depending on requested time). ______________________________________
