Dogs are just one of those animals that have the best kind of souls. They are patient, understanding, kind, funny, comforting; they hold with them the best sort of qualities you would look for in a best friend. I often look after my neighbor's dog, whether it be to keep him company, take him for a walk, or just let him out a few times. I love every minute of it (unless I'm in cold, rain, and/or wind, that's less than pleasant, but I'll totally still do it). I try to make the dog feel like I'm a good friend coming to visit, because I'd like to be their buddy and treat them as such. Dogs are love, and they have shown me how to be the best me I can be. I feel this has to be a healthy and rewarding job for my mind, body, and soul. These things being said, know that someone who loves their job WILL give it their all, do it with utmost care and respect, and do a better job than someone who could care less and is all about the money. Your dogs will come back happy, I guarantee it! :)
