I've had cats for 17 years and my family had a dog until she passed when I was 5. I currently have cats, rats, and a Syrian hamster! I love animals of all shapes and sizes. I have experience administering oral, topical, and injected medication to cats and oral medication to rodents. In the past, I've had to syringe-feed my cats when they were ill. I walked my neighbors' small and large dogs when I was in high school. I started fostering for the Humane Rescue Alliance last year. I fostered 3 kittens with numerous medical needs and a nursing cat. I also took a class on subcutaneous fluid injection. I'm comfortable with cats, dogs, and rodents. I'm open to caring for other exotic animals provided I receive detailed care instructions from the owner(s). No snakes or spiders, sorry! I love extra large dogs and I’m willing to walk them provided that they are well-trained and don’t pull too much while walking on a leash.
