I have previous worked in the pet industry directly caring for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small animals. I am also a certified dog and cat groomer. Most clients that I board also receive grooming services so you come home to a fresh pet ready for love. I love hanging with my own pups and would love to meet yours too! My husband and I have our 2 boxer girls, Ripley & Tina. Their favorite pastimes are chasing lizards outside, eating, lounging on the couch, and snuggling. Having worked in the pet industry for 15 years, I am aware of the risks that can occur while pets are in close contact with one another and have been trained on how to handle sticky situations through the use of force-free methods. Our front and back yards are secured with a chain-link fence in the front and a 6’ wooden fence in the back. I also possess non-slip leads for walks, and regularly check the perimeter of the fence to ensure there are no access points of escape. For pups that may have some food aggression, I have 2 separate rooms for feeding so they will not be exposed to other pets. If multiple pups are staying with me, they are introduced on a neutral field (park or sidewalk) so no one feels cornered or territorial. In the event two pets do not agree with one another, they will be separated for the duration of their stay. I have a passion for pets and have since I was a child.
