Hi! I'm Kella. My boyfriend and I live in South Austin, off of Slaughter, and are both transplants from North Carolina. I've always had animals in my life; my family had a Great Dane when I was an infant - I don't know a life without animals! I have a new pup named Billy! He’s an American Eskimo Spitz and the coolest little dude! He loves all people and pups :) I’m also familiar with senior and special needs care - my 16yo American Eskimo Spitz named Freddie went over the rainbow bridge in late 2022. He was the love of my life… my heart dog. I love going to dog meetups and understand all areas of pet ownership. My little dudes are part of my family and I'd do anything for them! Expect the same from me with your furry kids! Extra love given with every service at no additional cost :) Ultimately, I am friendly, professional, clean, timely, hard-working, and caring. Communicates openly and effectively. Can't wait to meet you and your furry loves!

Kella and her partner were top-notch dog sitters! Felt totally at ease leaving Slim with them. Got plenty of pics and videos, and Slim even had a great time with their adorable dog Billy. Already my second time using them, and it won't be the last. Highly recommend!

Kella and her boyfriend were amazing sitters! They watched our two big pups for the week and I felt so comfortable knowing they were in great hands. They sent lots of photos and videos, took the boys on walks, to the park, and had lots of play/cuddle time with there sweet dog Billy. 100% recommend, we will be using them again!
Prior to the stay, she welcomed us into her home for a meet and greet so I could see her home and backyard. During the board, my dog Slim looked like he had a blast via photos and was very happy when I picked him up. I highly recommend Kella!

I have a fenced in yard and lots of space to run around safely. My little Billy dude loves to share his space and is a doofy fluff ball. He gets bursts of energy and then naps - HARD! I’ve even seen him fall asleep while playing. At the very least, expect your pup to be entertained by Billy. Otherwise, LOTS of attention - we love to give it!

Does your dog have any food aggression or allergies? I don't crate train - how does your dog handle being able to roam a home? What is your current exercise routine? How does your dog handle heat and what should I look out for as warning signs of heat exhaustion? Is your dog ready to have fun?!?!
A typical day
I love going hiking - lots of time hiking in western NC and central California! Loving what the Austin area has to offer. Regardless if your dog has boundless energy or prefers to hang out on my comfy couch blankets - I'm happy to accommodate both types of dogs! Did someone say dog park? Yep! That's happening! Otherwise, my neighborhood is great for walking with lots of great potty stops available along the walk.

Availability
I partially work from home and my boyfriend works from home full time. We love a furry companion! Expect to receive a morning and sunset walk, plus an extra one in the middle if your pup/you would like it. Please let me know normal exercise routine in current weather, especially when it’s extreme heat or cold.
