Kelli was very nice but she left my dog abandoned outside a brewery for hours alone. I got multiple calls and texts from concerned employees and was unable to reach Kelli when this happened. She did not leave her own pup out, just mine. Despite explanations that she could see my dog and she just thought people were petting her (there is no reasonable explanation as to why my dog was left tied up outside without hers, and that multiple people could call and text me about it being concerned and Kelli didn’t know or pick up the phone for an hour or so after), it was absolutely unnaceptable to leave her alone long enough to not know that this was happening- I would never leave someone else’s dog alone tied up and am very disappointed she thought this would be ok.

Very flexible & accommodating.
