I did not receive the service I read this is zero this side is a scam and dangerous. I attempted to use this site in a critical medical situation when I was being rushed to the hospital. The time it took to see the home and declined the option. Cost me a lot. Now they have taken my money when they did not even care for my dog. People on the site are disrespectful to clients and lie all right

Keishlyann was an amazing caregiver to my 2 year old chocolate lab! I was going out of town to NY and I had to book a rover last minute. I came across her on the app and sent her and some other people a request to provide care for my fur ball. She was one of three rovers that responded and agreed to a meet and greet on the same exact day I made the request! One of the main reasons I booked with Keishlyann was because she had a great backyard for my dog to play in. Second, she has a dog of her own. He is a very big dog, but she assured me he wasn’t aggressive so I gave him rubs and he was an absolute softy. My last and final reason is that Keishlyann herself was a very down to earth person that cares greatly about her customers. The drop off was super easy the next day and the pick up two weeks later was the fastest I’ve experienced. I Highly recommend you book with her if you’re in the area.
