Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of animals since I was very young. Growing up with larger dogs in the home and riding horses at farms it’s safe to say I love every animal. I have taken care of other peoples cats and dogs, to my friends bunnies and horses. Occasionally a bearded dragon or two. I also was an intern at Arizona Humane Society and fosters 8 animals. Ranging from a younger dog with medical problems to a set of mom and puppies. I have giving medication, treated wounds, cleaned horse stalls, and played with lizards. Safe to say I have experience everywhere!

My own pet is loved with many hikes, walks, toys, pool time, and treats. Your pet will be treated the same! We have a open backyard closed in with a wall and gate. There is much room to play and run around in. We also have a pool which I will make sure I am outside with your pet if they are not comfortable around water. I will make sure to accommodate your animals needs as you do at your home. Your pet safety is my biggest responsibility, my dog is good with any pets, however I do realize some animals do not get along with others. If this is the case I will do my best to make sure your animal has its own place to stay. Your pet is my biggest responsibility and I am happy to care for it the same way you do at home.

A typical day
We’ll play a bunch of new games and check out a ton of new smells in my neighborhood. I live close to a hiking area so we can go on long or short hikes in the desert! I love to play with my own dog in the pool so if your dog does to it can definitely be something we do together! We can play lots of fetch and tug-o-war with toys as well!

Availability
I’m currently a high school senior who is a student athlete, so I do have a pretty busy schedule. However, I also work my own part- time job as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and fitness instructor. I will do my best to make sure our schedules can line up accordingly. I do however start school later and end school earlier, with my work shifts being later at night. So I do have plenty of time for morning or afternoon walks. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule with mine!
