This sitter was incredibly attentive to my dog and his needs as a working breed mix who can be difficult when not stimulated. I was put completely at ease by the attitude and care of this sitter towards my animal as well as the sitter's own when we met. Could not be happier with the service provided and if I have the opportunity will return the next time I am out of town and need a sitter.

I hate to kick somebody when they are down. But, I don't want another dog owner to experience what I experienced. Kearstin took my dog, Bodie, on short notice which I appreciate. My 80 year old mom dropped off Bodie as we were already out of town. The house is on a busy street where you are not allowed to park. The driveway is full of cars. There is nowhere to park. The weeds in the front of the house are as tall as the cars. My mom felt as if she was going to be attacked by another dog that was there. She referred to it as an attack dog. She also saw a lot of dog crap on the floor of the house. She was scared, and left our dog against her better judgement. She thought that I had used Kearstin's service before. I had not. I was looking forward to meeting Kearstin. However, when I picked up my dog she opened the door, handed me the leash, said, "Have a nice day" and closed the door. I have no idea what my dog did all day, as I never received any communication from Kearstin during the three day stay. I texted daily asking how he was doing. Short answers were what I received. I had to park in the neighbor's driveway. Once I had my dog in the car, I realized he smelled like dog crap, bad. He was nasty. He got a bath immediately. He slept by my feet for the next 8 hours. Not sure if he had a relaxing stay or not. Not sure if he was crated in his own crap or not. The smell was that bad. Sad. Again, I hate to call somebody out like this. I do see the great reviews she has. I hope she is okay and will remedy the issues that we encountered. From now on, I will do a meet and greet before Confirming. So far, I have had 4 exceptional Rover.com experience, and only one bad experience. Good luck to all.
