Hello, my name is Kaysie. Since I can remember I have been around dogs. At the age of one my family adopted a beautiful Golden Retriever, Sasha. Having a wonderful dog in my life piqued my interest in dogs. I took a job with a self-serve grooming facility where I met Billie, a groomer that also worked there. Billie proved to be a mentor for me, introducing me to the grooming profession. Billie advised me about Melissa Verplank and her grooming school with a national reputation, Paragon. In 2008, I attended Paragon School for Pet Grooming earning my groomers certificate. I moved from the Chicagoland area to North Carolina in August 2013 and I’ve been enjoying the change. I currently own two standard poodles (Lorelai and Rico) and I plan to show them in rally obedience, agility, and dock diving trials.
