I booked Kaylie after reading her great reviews and seeing in her profile that my dog would only be left alone 1-2 hours however that was not the case. I booked Kaylie and in my reservation request i stated drop off time at/around 5:30. The night before my Vacay, Kaylie asked if i could bring Bentley earlier before she had work which was not possible due to my own work schedule. I ended up having to leave him with someone else at Kaylie's house late that night and I was not even able to meet her. During Bentley's stay, I only received one update after I asked and no pictures were posted. When it was time to pick Bentley up, I asked to come and get him at 3 but I could not go and get him until Kaylie got home from work which was hours later around 9:30 PM meaning Bentley was left at her house for at least 6 hours, maybe longer. I was nervous enough leaving him with a stranger and this was not a great first experience.

Kaylie accepted my booking request very last minute, like the day before I needed to leave! She kept me updated with pics and text messages, which I really appreciated! Nika easily took a liking to Kaylie and her puppers.
