I have been around animals for most of my life. From our first pup pup when I was 6, Mitzie and Chloe who were 2 bichon frise who were mother and daughter. I would always feed, walk and give them loads of cuddles to ensure they were never alone when my grandparents went away. I now have a Husky cross Akita (Pagan) and border collie cross german shepherd (Diesel) who are a bundle of joy, diesel is very much a hectic character who loves to be around other dogs and constantly be out for walks however pagan tends to not go out as much as she is getting lazy in her older days and is happy to go out for an hour then go home to bed. At my mum's, in Wales, we are surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes. 5 cats, 2 dogs, 2 bunny, 1 hamster. I regular sit for these animals when I am in Wales, from providing their food at the set times, to tailoring their walks; in Wales we have a three legged Westie called Tripod who is a feisty little boy and does try to keep up with a very enthusiastic border collie called Misty. Tripod is 9 and because he has been on 3 legs since he was a puppy it is getring difficult for him to be able to move around as much anymore but he wont give up. Both of these dogs are opposite ends of the spectrum, yet I am able to take them both to the local park, where Tripod typically will stay close to me whilst Misty and I play ball or frisbee. This allows them both to get the exercise they require. I do drive so I am able to take the dogs out anywhere that is available to dogs and will always mix up the places to take them. Monday - Wednesday I can only work up to 5pm, or if there is something we can come to an agreement on I will happily do what I can to work around people. I do normally advise a meet and greet to get to know the owner and the dog to make sure the dog is happy to be around me and to make sure you are happy for me to be around your dog as they are our babies. I also like to ask questions and make sure I know how you would normally deal with taking them out or if there are certain places you only like your dog going to. I will work around you.
