Pet care experience
My name is Kayleigh and my animals are my life! I’ll love your dogs like I love mine! I am a contractor with a company that teaches health and safety classes, but otherwise I’m available most of the time. My husband and I don’t have children so my life is pretty much dedicated to my pets. I love being outdoors and have experience training young and old dogs alike as a long time foster home for Colorado Shiba Inu Rescue! I would love to meet you and your furry friend! In addition to my three Shiba Inus, I also have 4 female rats and two mares who I board near Table Top Mountain. I mean it when I say my animals are my life!

Great sitter! She came to my hotel while I attended a concert. My dog was fed, walked and loved for the hours I was away. Photo updates put my mind at ease! I have discovered a new resource in Rover for my travels.
Couldn’t imagine a better stay for our pup! She had so much fun and was kept so busy! We received regular updates from Kayleigh and lots and lots of photos. This was our first time using Kayleigh and I felt like she really understood our dog’s temperament and needs. Will be our go-to dog watcher for as long as we can use her! Would highly recommend!
Everything was awesome with Kayleigh and her husband. Our dog loved their backyard, and being with them. I have already booked them for another stay !
Kayleigh and her husband were wonderful with our 1 year old pup. I had so much anxiety about leaving Nala for the first time and Kayleigh was so reassuring that everything would be great! And it was! She sent me a quick little update each day which helped me tremendously. We can’t wait to have Nala go visit again!

If your dog is staying in my home, I do require that they are house trained. If your dog has special needs or takes medication, I can handle both just fine.
A typical day
I live in a really lovely, older community near NREL that has multiple trail heads leading to some fun hikes in the area. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly and we have a nice little park just up the road, about a 2 minute walk from our house. My husband is a runner, so if you have a dog that needs to burn some energy, he can take them for a jog. Our yard is fenced, but it's chain link and old, so dogs only go out supervised at this time.

I am lucky enough that my husband is able to support us on one income, so I only work part time. I'm almost always home or with my horses.
