Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my entire life, and I currently have a dog of my own. I am very active and love to exercise, so walking or running with your pup would be a great addition to my day! If your more of a cat person, I would love to spend time with your meow-tain lion! I have a background in pre-veterinary sciences from Boston College and am working as a veterinary technician. These experiences have prepared me for all situations and has taught me how to better take care of your dog or cat. I am experienced in giving oral medications and injectable medications, and I am trained in doing dog and cat CPR. Best of all, for a small extra fee, I can trim your pet’s nails, clean their ears, and bathe them during their time with me! Your pet will feel pampered and clean like they just had a day at the spa.

Kayleigh stayed at our home with Wilma while we were gone overnight for an engagement party. She was awesome. Wilma kept going to her, she did not want her to leave, she looked at me like "Mom, can't she stay, I really dig her!" Kayleigh is young, lovely, sweet and a pre-vet major at BC, you could not chose someone better to stay in your home and care for your pet.

I am happy to take your pup to a conservation area or the beach for a more enriching walk. If your dog is not off-leash trained, I can provide a 50 foot long-line to give your pup more freedom. Their safety is of the utmost importance to me!

A typical day
There is a small lake-front beach that your dog will love if they love to play in the water or just dig up the sand. If they would rather walk in the woods, there is a beautiful trail just across the street where my pup and I have seen deer along with the other amazing wildlife Cape Cod is home to.

Availability
I currently work full-time during the week, but can provide drop-ins or dog walks on my lunch breaks or before or after work. Otherwise, I am available all day during the weekends.
