So thankful I found Kaylee! This was our first time using Rover, and our first time ever having a "stranger" watch our pups in our home. Our dogs are "our babies" and I was getting really anxious about leaving them for a week (I know many of you can relate)! Thankfully, at our meet & greet, I immediately knew Kaylee was gona be a great fit. She has such an ease and kindness about her, and the dogs (and I) were comfortable around her from the start! At the same time, I knew she wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty and care for three (sometimes crazy) rescue dogs on her own. Not to mention, I had to text Kaylee right before our trip because our two females had gotten into a fight (one is a new rescue). I wanted to make sure she was still comfortable watching them, knowing that it could happen again. Kaylee didn't shy away from it at all and assured me it wasn't a problem! I just felt like she accepted my rescues where they were at, and totally brought her experience of dogs and dog-behavior to the table. And while we were away, the dogs had no problems! Kaylee was quick to respond to my texts, and sent daily updates and photos (even videos). And she didn't mind my "dog pharmacy" of medications needed twice daily for our pack. When I came home, my dogs were happy, calm, and everything just felt right. Plus, my neighbors told me they saw Kaylee outside with the pack, and mentioned how great and comfortable she was with them! I honestly felt like a close friend was watching our pups, and was actually able to enjoy my time away! We have found our "person" for any future trips and we are so thankful. Thanks Kaylee!
