Whether it's a midday potty break and a snack, a thrilling walk through the neighborhood, or a fun overnight together, your pup will be pleased to have mental and physical stimulation while you're away. If your dog loves to play with others, my incredibly friendly dog can come along and they can run and wrestle together which will satisfy your doggy's important need for social interaction. I've had dogs my entire life and am an experienced fosterer of rescues with all kinds of problems from health to behavioral. I can work with pups that are nervous, shy or reactive with other dogs. I've personally owned pit bulls (still do!) and do not have any breed restrictions. Have a kitty? I can take care of them too! I previously worked at a specialty cat vet in Seattle as a receptionist, where we were trained to intensively on cats and all their very particular quirks and health issues. I know all the tricks for getting them to take their meds and will be happy to trim claws if the kitty allows me. During overnights I'm happy to include baths free of charge if needed. Just let me know where you normally bath your pup, toss me a bottle of shampoo and I'll have her bushy-tailed in no time. Working on getting your dog to give you a high-paw or maybe just a sit? I can absolutely spend time on any training you've been working on with your pet. A little more about me: I'm a freelance writer and yoga teacher, so I have a relatively flexible, open schedule. I have a precious rescue named Churro and as long as your dog enjoys the company of other furry friends, he can come along and be a playmate. For overnight stays, no need to worry about providing food, please. I'm vegan and have nut allergies so I'm completely happy to bring my own food and snacks! I've been known at my jobs (even the specialty cat clinic) as being the dog lady, so I promise that your furry children will be oh-so loved and cared for when they spend time with me, and if you request, I'm happy to send you plenty of update photos! Kaylee was great! Prompt and great with Hobbes! When we got home he was tired and had been resting so it was clear he had had a great time with Kaylee. The pictures are great! I know it was probably a nightmare with the weather but Kaylee was a trooper and made it fun for our fur baby! Thank you for taking such great care of him, really helps us at ease when we are unable to be there!
Kaylee was wonderful with our two bulldogs. She stayed with them for a week and kept me updated daily and sent pictures. Our house was so clean and left the same way we left it. We will definitely be using her again!
I have had the BEST experience with Kaylee as a care taker for my pups. I have one rhodesian ridgeback and one rat terrier and she was amazing with both (very capable with big and little dogs). They've had several fun play dates out with her to the park and they always return well groomed, hydrated and ready for naps after playing so hard. I don't have enough good things to say about Kaylee as my dog walker!

Please provide me with your pup's food, treats, toys and walking essentials (leash, harness/collar & poop bags). I do require a meet & greet located at your home before dog sitting at your home. At MY Home: Dogs that stay at my home MUST - -Be good with dogs. I have one dog who is excellent with dogs of all sizes, but he loves to play. -Be potty trained -Crate trained just in case I have to leave briefly -Non-barkers (a few barks here and there are fine! My dog loves to talk too. But because I live in a townhome with shared walls, I will not accept dogs that are overly vocal or bark when left alone.) Please provide me with your dog's food, leash, harness/collar, and crate*. If your dog has food allergies, please provide appropriate treats. Otherwise, I've got plenty :) I do require a meet & greet located either at your home or my home with my dog included. *(Why your own crate? The more a dog can feel at home, especially with a crate, the better. Just because your pup is happy in his crate at home doesn't mean he'll be happy in a strange one. Bringing his own crate/blankets/bed will help your dog feel more comfortable and at ease in a strange place.) I have no breed restrictions and absolutely adore ALL bully breeds. I understand bully breeds, can read their queues and know how to handle their high-energy behavior. If you're struggling to find someone to watch your precious pit, look no further than this pit mama.
A typical day
If your dog gets along well with others and I have other pups to care for I'd be happy to take them on adventures around nearby lakes or short hikes. Sorry - I will not take dogs to the dog park, as other dogs at the park can be a liability and unpredictable. However, if your pup is especially social, my dog Churro would be more than thrilled to spend time playing and wrestling with yours! He is a high-energy puppy that will play and play until they're both ready to ca-poot.
