Pet care experience
I am a high school English teacher looking for extra part-time work. I love dogs; I have had dogs all of my life and I will treat your dog like it is my own. All dogs are special in their own way and I intend to treat them as such. Throughout my life, I have lived with several breeds of dogs, my parents currently have a 14-year-old shih-zhu/poodle mix and two blue heelers. Growing up I had a German Shepard/Collie mix, and Springer Spaniel. I also have experience training a dachshund puppy. I will take pride in the services that I will provide for you and your families' needs. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, so I am used to walking dogs in all four seasons. Kaylee was wonderful! She had a basket of toys with a chewy in it for Rosie when she arrived. My pup was quickly very comfortable. Good communication throughout the stay. Recommend and will use again!

A typical day
I live in a very walkable area that is dog friendly. If the animal likes playing with toys I have no problem playing with them until they are satisfied.

Availability
The school year just ended, 5/25/22, so I am not working until the the beginning of August. During the regular school year, I have a rather flexible schedule to check on pets regularly.
