When I met Kaylee she seemed like she would do a fine job but this has been the biggest pain ever. When I came home I found a giant pile of dried poop right next to the bed and dried pee right next to the pillow, leading me to believe that she didn’t even sleep at my house. I wasn’t planning on complaining about it and was just going to leave it alone because my dogs were fed and alive but Kaylee never returned my house key. I’ve contacted her several times about it and she stopped responding so I contacted rover, who has been absolutely useless. Kaylee finally informed me that she gave my key to her fiancé who has done who knows what with it because it did not make it back to my house. I’ve contacted rover for a second time about it and they’re not planning to help with the issue at all and Kaylee is not answering my messages. This is the most frustrating situation. I now have to have my locks changed because she’s lost my key.

My dogs are great judges of character, and they are obsessed with Kaylee! She even helped train my Coonhound who is known to be stubborn. My dogs always enjoy spending time with Kaylee and her two pups, and I know that they are in great hands with her and will be well taken care of. I honestly never worry when she keeps Fulton and Nymeria, and I am so glad I have someone that I trust to care for them when I’m away.
