Husband & Wife duo when it comes to taking care of your fur babies. That way, your dog will have 2 sets of eyes on them and one of us will always be available for you! Since this is our full time job: our cancellation policy is strict. We require a 7 day notice in order to get your deposit back.

Zach and Kaylana have watched my dogs before. They walk them each visit -as much as my older dog will tolerate-which is what my dogs need! When I got home the dogs were happy and not acting hyper or weird.
Kaylana and Zachary kept my puppy safe, but I didn’t hear from them much throughout the weekend. I didn’t receive updates for the first two hours they were supposed to be there, nor do I know when they were actually there. She said reception was bad, but I never received info as to when they came or left and I wasn’t sure if she had been fed or how much. Even an update when they got home would have been helpful to make sure I knew how long she had been crated by the time I got home. The other thing to note is they doubled their price based on the distance. With gas prices, I completely understand upping the price, but by double seemed excessive plus this information wasn’t revealed until after the booking. They may be wonderful sitters who took great care of her, I just wasn’t a fan of the lack of communication.
Didn’t show up to stay at our house for the weekend while we were out of town. The appointment time to arrive was 9-10am and didn’t hear she was canceling until 11:30am after rover and I contacted her multiple times. Luckily, we were able to scramble last minute and find friends to watch our pups for the weekend.
Very responsive and accommodating for our pup!

Information Kaylana & Zachary S. would like to know about your pet
We think about your dogs just like we would think about children. Being a teacher pre-Covid, there were tons of things I wanted to know about my kids. Most importantly we will start off with allergies, Separation anxiety, Situations that make them uncomfortable, things they love to do, favorite foods and treats, and their favorite toy. Some dogs would prefer to run outside in the backyard all day, some dogs would prefer to swim and some dogs would prefer to cuddle up on the couch. We want to make sure that your dogs are as comfortable as they can be while you are gone.
A typical day
A typical day: Wake up zoomies, breakfast, playtime, cuddles, swimming/adventuring, playtime, dinner, and more cuddles. We love taking our dogs to the lake to swim, to the beach, the dog park and to get tons of pup cups!
