Kaylan is amazing!! From the very beginning she has been super professional and communicative, going above and beyond to make sure our pets were extra pampered while we were out of town - she even offered to stop by for a meet and greet ahead of time! Once house sitting, our super shy pets warmed up to her right away - which pretty much never happens with our picky pack (including seniors and a chaotic puppy). She sent tons of pics, and was so attentive to detail. She even accommodated a few unusual pet care requests. When we arrived back home, the place was somehow in better condition than we left it - and out pets were so calm and happy. We are so grateful for Kaylan and hope for her to be our go-to petsitter!

Kaylan did a great job in taking care of my dog Sam. She sent photos and updates of Sam enjoying his stay. Kaylan was responsive and kind and made me feel comfortable that he was safe. I will definitely book her services again.
