I grew up in northern Minnesota. Right away I knew I had a gift you can't teach. That gift is having the compassion and patience to deal with animals and to understand them. I have always loved animals and I am very good with animals. Also, I have always been interested in animal behavior and the medical issues they have. I have done a lot of research due to my curiosity and eagerness to learn more about them. My research includes temperaments, activity levels, grooming, trainability of different types and breeds of cats, dogs, and small pets. Possible illnesses, behavior issues and how to treat them as a pet owner and when it is time to get professional help. Currently I have my own dog Penny she is a Maltese Shi Tzu. Ever since I was little I have always had a pet. Standard poodle, Irishdoodle, Toy poodle, Miniature poodle, Labradoodle, and Cockapoo. Through out the years I was always the main person giving medication and finding ways to trick them into taking it. Noticing different behaviors and also finding the hardest to find ticks on our animals and removing them and burrs as well. Finding problems like a paw that has gotten cut open, a due claw that had grown back weird and got caught on everything after being surgically removed and got infected, ear infections, spinal fusion, seizures, incontinence, limes disease, cushions disease, ring worm and many more. I was always the common denominator that was very observant and brought any problems to my parent's and client's attention. Which allowed them to seek professional assistance when necessary.
