Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. I currently have two dogs, a 3 year old German shepherd and a 3 year old husky. I also have two cats. One with a sensitive stomach and one with urinary blockage issues, so they require special diets and other preventatives. I have always loved all dogs and taking care of them. I spent a year volunteering at an animal shelter and getting to deal with all types of personalities, ages, and sizes. I always make sure my dogs get plenty of exercise throughout the day. I like to make sure they are socialized and enjoy spending time with people and other dogs, cats, and children. I like to spend one on one time with my dogs and I have a very special and unique relationship with each of them.

I always make sure the expectations are clear from the owner and ensure I follow their directions. I have had clients that have had their dog roaming in the house, but then had requested I crate the dog before I left. I ensure expectations are clearly communicated so there is no confusion for myself or the owner.

Please let me know if your dog has any special care instructions or if you are doing some kind of specific training that you would like me to follow. Routine is important for dogs and the more detailed the instructions the better so the dog is more trusting of me.
A typical day
I enjoy playing fetch with the dogs that I do drop in visits with and giving them lots of love. I always follow exact instructions given to me by the owner and do my best to leave things how I found them or nicer/cleaner than what was prior.

Availability
currently work 8-4:30 on weekdays, but my schedule can be flexible if need be. I have drill one weekend a month for the Army National Guard, so there will be brief recurring periods of time that I will be unavailable. I always like to inform my clients as soon as I can ahead of time if training comes up.
