Hello! My name is Kayla and I am a student at Boston College. I have sadly needed to move away from my beloved furry friends for school but am eager for any chance to walk and cuddle with your pet! I've had my dog for 8 years and love taking care of him. In my free time I love taking my dog on hikes and long walks around the neighborhood. I often house sit/ per sit for friends and family who are out of town- I walk their dogs, feed them and provide care and company because my own dog has bad anxiety I find that this is very important to the mental health of dogs. I spent 5 years working at a zoo and have experience with providing medication as well.

Kayla was so helpful in watching our pup! She was very communicative and provided updates/photos throughout her time with him, which left us reassured that he was receiving great care.
Kayla was lovely and the dogs immediately liked her. The dogs were happy when we got home and Kayla communicated regularly. The house was in great condition when we got home. I would definitely recommend Kayla.
Kayla did not communicate that she wouldn’t be able to make it—I had to text her several times to remind her.

I always make sure to use a leash when going out to ensure the safety and security of your dog. I have fenced-in deck space that I also use to get my pets fresh air without worrying they will run off

A typical day
I love going to long walks and hikes to keep my dogs entertained and to help them burn off some of that extra energy during the day while you are away. I love walking around the Fells (where there is a nice big dog park) or going for walks along the river

I currently work part time and am available to do midday walks to keep your pup company while you are at work! I know if can be tough to get a chance to burn off your pets energy when you are working so I would love to help!
