Pet care experience
Hi there! I am Kayla. I have been house/ dog sitting on and off for friends and family in my spare time, for many years. I've taken care of all shapes and sizes of dogs, all different ages, with various needs. I am a sucker for all dogs. I was a pet parent for a rescue black lab mix for 7 years. He lived a very happy life, going on adventures every day even when he had cancer. Taking care of him was not always easy. I now have Gypsy a rambunctious mini Australian Cattle Dog. She gets a long really we’ll with other dogs and loves to play. I am new to the Boise area from Bend, OR.

Kayla is someone I would definitely recommend with any dogs. She’s caring and loves dogs so much. I have never seen her around a dog that doesn’t like her. I’d recommend her to anyone.

No breed preferences. I do have experience with very large breeds. All dogs have their quarks so I just like to know a little about the dog.
A typical day
I take Gypsy out to potty every few hours. She gets fed twice a day. We go to the dog park every other day and if we don’t go to the park we will go for a walk around the neighborhood. Weekends we try to find a long hike.

I’m currently working from home so I’m available daily and boarding. My schedule is very flexible. The Holidays may be a little hit or miss for me.
