Kayla was wonderful for my 2.5 year old yorkie, Frances, who is an Emotional Support Animal prescribed by my doctor. We were travelling to. Boston from California, for a conference, and the hotel accepted ONLY service dogs THAT "perform a task" for the owner. The concierge suggested Rover,. I asked 2 people. Kayla was first to get back to me. For meet n greet, we talked on Facetime. She understood that Frances needed walks, and TLC for separation anxiety. As it turned out, Frances wasn't anxious ! Kayla sent lots of photos--on walks, in her apartment, even eating. She gave her a jerky treat (more photos). Kayla is a good communicator and she clearly loved Frances. I will take Frances to her, wherever she lives, if I go there.a very happy experience!!!

Kayla is a very nice person and Max likes her and her dog. She is great to help accommodate your needs and sends you lots of pictures/videos and updates of the dog through out the stay!
