Pet care experience
Growing up, my parents showed dogs, so I was always around dogs of all shapes and sizes. I've always had a four-legged family member and frequently cared for neighbors' animals while they were away on vacation, stuck working late, etc. I currently have a gentle-giant lab that loves making new friends. My husband has also grown up as a dog lover and enjoys taking our pup to parks, on drives, and generally just wherever we can!

Our dog’s first stay with Kayla and family was for over two weeks while we were out of the country. They have a great set up with the fenced in yard and Tim around during the day. Our dog loved the freedom of the yard and having people nearby, she had a great time on her vacation.
Kayla and her family were great! Very responsive, took great care of our Millie and loved getting pics/ updates throughout the day. Highly recommend!
Kayla & Tim were absolutely amazing. They kept me updated & took wonderful care of my dog. I never had to worry while I was gone because they put my mind at ease. Such a nice family. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Kayla and Tim have a great place for our Dog to hang out and play with their Guenther! They have been quite flexible with my changing schedule and our Wheaten is excited to go and play!

I have a fenced-in yard and a four-year-old lab to entertain your pup. I also have two busy toddlers that love all dogs and will happily snuggle up and play fetch with them. The neighborhood is lined with sidewalks and we go on frequent walks.

The most important thing to note for our family is that we have two young children and a very friendly lab of our own. We will absolutely welcome any pup into our home, as long as they are okay with those things! Our children are very gentle with dogs and genuinely love having the visitors!
A typical day
Your dog will be welcomed into our family and whatever we have going on during their stay. We spend a lot of time outdoors playing in the backyard and they are welcome to lounge on the couch with the family after a fun-filled day.
