Pet care experience
I have personal experience in caring for dogs and cats from growing up with pets my whole life. I also have experience working with a wide range of dogs and cats from volunteering at the humane society and small animal veterinary clinics. From my personal pets, I have learned how to manage dogs that are skittish, animal aggressive, and have trouble walking on a leash. Additionally, I have no issues with caring for special needs animals that require medication since I have personal and professional experience with administering medication to animals ranging from a cat to a horse. I also have formal education and experience in swine and equine management through Calpoly, so pets of all species are welcome
Reviews
Kayla was wonderful and so helpful with my boys! My boy Mylo is a dream dog, real lover but Murray is a senior I recently adopted and can be a little stinker until he knows you. He wouldn't allow her to give him his eye drops but he's not great with me either! Kayla left my house clean; she sent me updates, and she was extremely flexible to help us out. I would recommend using Kalya if you want a true animal lover who is attentive and responsible.
Kayla is really responsible when it comes to pets! She pays attention to detail, and when something is wrong, she goes above and beyond to take care of animal. She was in charge of watching my dog once, and she noticed that his eyes were dull, nose was dry, and even checked his capillary response time. She respects animals and treats them well, and I highly recommend her as a pet caregiver.
Kayla is an extremely attentive caretaker of our fur babies! She has a heart full of love for all pets. She was trained by a Veterinarian as an Intern and volunteered with the Greenville Humane Society during her Senior year of High School . She took perfect care for our pets for 18 years including a dog we adopted as puppy when she was a toddler until the end of its life. Kayla has experience nursing wounds post surgery and giving medicines to dogs and cats. She took the best of care, and trained, all of our family pets (three dogs and five cats). Now she is a Junior in College and still volunteers for the local Humane Society. She trained our dogs to behave on walks and do tricks for treats. Kayla is very responsible and intuitive when it comes to caring for pets!

I will be sure to spend plenty of time giving your pet the attention they deserve while you are away from home whether that be through belly rubs, cuddling, or a game of fetch. During the day, your dog can enjoy walks around the neighborhood or visits to the local dog park (if allowed). If left unsupervised, I have experience with crating with my own animals and can crate your animal if necessary. Alternatively, I know from personal experience what areas animals might get into trouble and will ensure bathrooms/bedrooms are closed and trashcans or other desirable areas for trouble are taken care of.
Information Kayla N. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pet has any behaviors I need to be aware of (ex: food aggression, animal aggression, etc.) Please also let me know if your pet has any specific preferences (ex: favorite toy, special way food is prepared, routine that must be followed, etc.)
A typical day
If allowed, I would love to take your pet to dog parks or other fun outings like a hike in Madonna Mountain. However, no hard feelings if any of those sounded like your worst nightmare. From experience, I know how stressful it can be to leave your animal in the care of a stranger. At home, your animal can enjoy playtime in your backyard or on a walk around your neighborhood.

Availability
I'm currently on summer break, so I will have plenty of free time to spend with your fur baby curing the pet deprivation I experienced while in school. If not spending most of my day enjoying your pet's company, I can guarantee your pet will be visited and cared for at least three times a day.
