Growing up and before my mom met and fell in love with her first rescue, we were a household of cats and kittens. I love animals and have so much fun entertaining dogs with walks and playtime, or getting to know different kitties. I volunteered at an animal shelter during the summer for a few years so I am very good at caring for various needs and making sure your pet feels comfortable and safe. I have 2 dogs named Oslo and Artemis Elliot; They are both excited, friendly pups who have had a lot of socialization. My house is filled with toys and treats that they have always been willing to share with guests, and they have met so many! Oslo and Artemis love all dogs they meet and even get along great with cats. Artemis still gets a little too excited, but she talks to the outdoor kitties, and they're a little more active. Oslo and Missy have been going through training so your dog will be in a structured environment where good behavior is rewarded and strengthened. Translation: I have lots of training treats and I use them any chance I get. I live in a great area that is perfect for nice walks and scenic routes. There are tons of pet shops, parks, pet-friendly restaurants, and veterinarians minutes away from us-- the closest being Peachtree Creek Animal Hospital 3 minutes away (top-rated). There are 11 vets/animal hospitals under 2 miles from my residence, including a 24-hour vet, and I always have access to a vehicle. This has never been relevant, but I am certainly prepared for anything. Actually once I took a puppy to a check-up, because the owner was running a bit behind for pickup, and asked if I would meet her there. If I am capable of helping you out with something, I am genuinely happy to do it. I am home full-time, and thanks to a pups of my own, a full-time pet caretaker. As I mentioned before, we go to the dog park twice a day because it is right outside my door. We go on lots of walks, because there is a very natural landscape around us with many different wildlife species that Oslo enjoys to just sit and watch. Missy has learned to join him and will watch at his side. They are very interactive dogs, so I always keep them close and engaged. I will always care for your pet(s) just as lovingly as I do my own.
